Abandoned Cart E-Mails

    We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
    We will not store or collect your payment card details.     E-Mail Marketing 
    If you sign up for the AZOTEA Studio Newsletter (Private, Professional (Contract Dealer, Architect, Wholesale) or Press), you can expect to receive newsletters regarding AZOTEA Studio’s products, promotions and events per e-mail. Your email address and other personal data will be stored. This information is used to validate your subscription with an opt-in confirmation message, and to send the AZOTEA Studio newsletter. It will not be used to send any other unsolicited e-mail. 


    In order to carry out our e-mail marketing, we use Klaviyo as a third-party service. All data collected by Klaviyo/Mailchimp is considered customer-first data. This includes zero-party data which comprises of information proactively given to us by our customers e.g. e-mail addresses, phone numbers and birthdays, or first-party data which includes information observed by AZOTEA Studio on our own properties e.g. what products have been clicked.


    You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the relevant link in the newsletter or by contacting us. Your email address will then be removed from the distributor.
     

    CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

    Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

    We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
